Friedrich mini split error codes
Friedrich's Floating Air Select ductless line is built by Gree and uses the Gree code set (F1 to F6 sensors, E1 high pressure, E6 communication). Some newer Friedrich ductless models show numeric codes from a different table that is not covered here yet; if your display shows a plain number, check your manual.
Covers: Floating Air Select (FSHW / FSHSW, 2015-2019), Floating Air Pro, Floating Air Premier.

55 codes. Type to filter the list.
No code matches that. Check the characters (b and 6, 0 and o, and E and F are easy to confuse) or try another brand.
How Friedrich shows error codes
The code shows on the indoor unit's display in place of the temperature. If the display is off, press the Light button on the remote. Some models also count out the code as indicator blinks. E codes are system protections and faults, F codes are mostly sensor faults, H codes are outdoor and compressor protections, U codes are motor and valve faults, and P codes are power-supply faults.
Brands built on the same platform
These brands share a code table with Friedrich because the same factory builds them, so their pages describe the same faults: Arcoaire, Blueridge, Comfortmaker, Cooper & Hunter, Day & Night, Gree, Heil, KeepRite, Rheem, Ruud, Tempstar, Tosot, York.
